The Fashion Jacket is strict with the quality of its product. We have a long history of supply high-quality leather jackets for our customers worldwide. We never dispatch any piece of leather jacket before double-checking the quality and ensuring the right product is delivered to our esteem customers. Each jacket has to pass strict QC check which includes:
Size check, smell check, stitch check, color check, accessory check, packaging check, label check, lining check, pattern check, tear check and many more to meet the international standard.
However, if there is a need for return. We have clear guidelines for the return.
The return request can only be processed for the items under the following condition.
1) Must return the jacket in the original packing.
2) The product must not be used before return.
3) Tags, labels and any other accessories need to be intact.
4) Return requests must be made within 30 Days of the time period.
5) Change of mind is not acceptable.
Custom made items and made to measure products are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom orders are made according to your specific demands and sizes. Therefore, it is impossible to adjust them in the stock. However, a little bit of alteration can be done without any charges. For heavy alteration or changes may result in additional nominal charges (around $15 to $30).
– No refund or exchange is applicable in case of a size issue from the buyer side. In order to ensure perfect fitting, we have a detailed size chart available on our web store, moreover, we also offer custom sizing options. Therefore, we will not be able to accept any return request over the size issue. However, if the wrong size is mistakenly delivered from our side, we will exchange the item immediately.
– Jackets that are worn/used or altered in any way can not be returned.
How to return
– Contact our customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org and request for the return or exchange with a valid reason.
– Let us know your name, email address, order number that you used at the time of order.
– Our sales team will get in touch with you within 24hr.
– After evaluating the return request. We will provide you the address of our warehouse to ship the product and share the tracking ID.
-Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping charges.
